Taylor installed my furnace, A/C, sump pump and hot water heater, and serviced them for years. All the personnel have been polite, friendly, competent, and communicative. They always wear protective booties over their shoes when in my home. The office personnel call to schedule my appointments. The owner (Tony) provided the assessment and estimate for the furnace and A/C and was infinitely better than other heating and cooling companies who also provided estimates (they were condescending and arrogant).
