Had a great experience with Link Your House in late 2015. Replaced a dated whole home (indoor/outdoor) that had 18 zones. The process from equipment procurement through implementation went smoothly and Nick stayed in close contact throughout each stage. There was custom cabling that had to be reworked as part of the upgrade as well as other audio closet clean up to ensure a great installation - and very pleased with the outcome. We enjoy our home audio system continuously and having it upgraded professionally was worth the investment. As a technology professional I'm very particular to ensure the outcome matches the project's objectives. I determine my ratings by weighing this factor about 50% .. the remaining aspects are timeliness, communications and cost/benefit. - Stephen
