The worst case scenario - auto accident, out of home state, car not driveable! I called my insurance company to file the claim and asked the agent to please go on-line and locate a Toyota dealership. He provided 4 within a 50 mile radius, but only one with a collision center. Several hours after the accident, the tow truck delivered car, dog, and us to WFAB. Rhonda and Star got us through the paperwork quickly, arranged for Enterprise to deliver a loaner, and assured us we would be kept informed regularly. We have received updates with pictures/comments since the repairs started. We were advised it would take 3 weeks - and the car was ready 'to the day'!
