I've (unfortunately but fortunately) been here many times and WBF is very detailed from check in to checkout. They go over the car thoroughly and even when they are flat out, they follow up with you during the whole process. The rent a car process is quick as well, but it's contracted out through enterprise and personally, their cars are not kept up but never-the-less, insurance picks up the tab ( typically). This is not a WBF problem, but Enterprise Rent-a-car
