When I had problems with the insurance company releasing my deductible, and the rental company charging me personally, Jim went above and beyond to resolve these issues for me. He made the necessary phone calls to get my deductible reimbursed quickly, and to eliminate the charges from the rental company. Overall I had a great experience with Woburn Foreign Auto Body.
