I had a problem with my car, and needed to see if it was repairable, and if so, would the costs make sense. I had to determine wether I should keep the car or not. I had a few very bad experiences with other repair shops, so I wasn't sure where to go. Sudley Car Care was recommended to me by a friend. This was an opportunity for someone to take real advantage of my situation and I did not want to throw good money after bad so I was a little hesitant.

My experience with Sudley was that they were extremely honest, helpful and competent. I worked mostly with Craig and he was wonderful, but everyone there is very knowledgeable and helpful. Craig was great at accommodating me with the times I was available, and also with helping to explain logistics to me. I appreciated that they double-checked themselves, and sought out another opinion at a certain phase.

It got to the point where it was just not reasonable to have the necessary repairs done, and they told me not to put any more money or time into it. I thought their prices for doing all the diagnostic tests up to that point were very reasonable.

Hands-down, this was one of the best car repair experiences I've had. I have absolutely no reservation in recommending them to anybody, and will use their services again in the future.
