On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd rank Armbrust at an 11. My water heater went out around noon, I called Armbrust's offices on the recommendation of a trusted friend, and amazingly I talked with a person! They had a tech at my house within the hour. He quickly assessed the problem and determined I needed a new water heater...got it in less than one hour and installed it. Here it is about 3:30 and I'm all taken care of. I'm totally impressed with the accessibility, the service, the friendly technician, the great instructions, and even the cleanup.
