The initial trip to determine the problem was no charge. The estimate to repair the issue was no charge. The plumber who arrived was unable to fit in the space needed to do the repairs so there was no charge, and the plumber who came to do the necessary work arrived in less than 20 minutes after the call went out for a "smaller" size plumber who did in fact fit in the space allowed and was able to repair the known problem and even discovered a simple repair we also needed and there was only a very small charge for the extra work. The original estimate was honored, and all of the work has been completed and has solved all of our problems.
