When I dropped the car of they told me it would take 8 days not including weekends, so it was a total of something like 11 days. In the mean time they let me use one of the loaner vehicles they have. It was very nice of them to do that. However, it was a little embarrassing driving a Ford focus when you drive a Spyder and your girlfriend can't stand Fords. In any case it got me to where I needed to be. The Ford did make a lot of funny noises and did not smell so great. :( Ok, so back to my car... They ended up calling me on Friday which was 5 days later and they told me my car was finished. I was not able to get there before they closed so they stayed a bit later. THANK YOU SO MUCH BY THE WAY! I picked up my car and it was raining like crazy outside that day so I didnt get a chance to pay attention to the detail of the paint job that was done or anything else for that matter, I was just happy to get out of that Ford. So, the next day I get in the car when it is not raining, roll down the window and the window pops now when I roll the window up and down my window is being scratched (this happened for 2 days, it ended up fixing itself. Then I look up, my car is a convertible and they must have not covered the inside of the top well when they put it down to paint, because now I have a line of paint (not thick, just a thin line of the spray) inside the car. Now ever since I got the car back the car with hesitate to start, like the battery is going dead. I don't know yet what this is cause from. I do thank them for getting a radio code for me though because since I have had the car back I have had to use it. This place has wonderful face to face customer service and they are very nice people, something I didn't expect. I do thank them for making the paint job look amazing, I just wish everything else didn't break in the mean time.
