They had originally contacted me immediately after I spoke with my insurance company, they were friendly yet professional, and they continuously updated me on their progress on my car. I LOVED the ability to go online & see daily photos of my car repair in progress. They were timely in getting the work done and were nice about working out my pick-up time according to my (bizarre) schedule.
