I had used COIT Cleaning and Restoration of Portland for a number of things over the years. When I needed my carpets cleaned it seemed to me that this time they were just not the same company as I had dealt with in the past. There was some difficulty scheduling and getting a hold of anyone. They did get out and clean the carpets, but it took some doing. I am undecided as to whether I would use them again.
