Turner Pluming performed a bathroom remodel. Ms. Carla Turner came to our home for a site visit and gave her professional opinion about the remodel and her ideas complemented the vision we had about the remodel. We were impressed with the scope of work Carla provided and the approach they would take for remodeling the area. As such, we entered into a contractual agreement.

Demo work performed: demolished the tub and surrounding walls, demolished the old shower and removed the demolished material from the site.

Misc work: Installed a new hot water heater

New construction: Built a custom closet in the old shower space, installed a new shower in the old tub area including centering the shower drain, installed dura-rock in the shower area, installed new tile in the shower and installed tile on the main bathroom floor, installed new a toilet in both bathrooms, installed three new faucets and installed a glass enclosure for the new shower.
Turner’s staff, starting with David (Demo), Eric (framer/plumber) did a very good job in their areas of expertise. The subcontractor’s they employed for the tile installation (Eddie) really did an outstanding job with tile work, the drywall installer (Dale) did a very good job as well. The glass enclosure subcontractor (Tim) did a superb job; these guys are skillful and first class. In addition, their staff and subcontractors were timely, friendly and professional.

Last but not least, we give a plenty of kudos to the project manager, Kendal Turner. She gave us ideas about the tile pattern layout and types of material that best complemented the bathroom theme. She visited the work site almost daily and kept us informed about the scheduling of subcontractors and kept the project moving forward in a timely manner. Any concerns we had about the remolded were addressed and resolved quickly. We are very pleased with the workmanship of Turner Plumbing and their subcontractors. We highly recommend Turner Plumbing for plumbing and remodeling needs.
