I predominately deal with Sara Cook, who is the managing general partner of the firm, and she's a wonderful lady. I've dealt with several attorneys and, with some law firms, you get the feeling you get billed just to get billed. In dealing with Sara, I feel I am billed for the service she provides. She has been very easy and fair to deal with, and she's very intelligent. I feel like I'm paying for a good service, unlike dealing with other firms where I felt I was being gouged with their fees.
