As always...service was excellent and I never felt that the techs were rushed...even when the service call extended well beyond the expected time frame. Colin Hale and Anthony are first rate--excellent communication, and kept a smile planted even when things became a bit challenging. All special service companies should take a page out of the Scott Hale customer service play-book...well done!
