Scott Hale Plumbing, Heating & Air were quite responsive. Their techs were polite and seemed knowledgeable. They addressed my concerns and they got things done in a reasonable amount of time. They originally came out to troubleshoot my HVAC system because the cooling had stopped working. They diagnosed the problem as needing a new compressor, which I was fairly confident that was the issue. They came out a couple of days later to replace it and they replaced the furnace, as well. My total experience with them was very good.
