I discovered Friday morning my water heater wasn't working. I called my usual plumber who told me they were booked and offered to refer me to another plumber. I said no thanks cause I had pretty much given up on this company and this was the final straw, i also wanted to find someone who could come that same day as I was heading out of town next week. Scott Hale plumbing came out to my home within a couple hours, awesome response time. It wasn't much of a surprise to me when the rep Jason told me my water heater had to be replaced. I decided to go with a tankless water heater and assumed it would take a couple weeks before it could be installed. Not only did they have it in stock, but they could install it today as well. I was very impressed with how quickly these guys were able to respond and fix the problem same day. Great Job Scott Hale Plumbing!!! I'm so glad I don't need to look for another plumber anymore.
