I had my furnace tuned up by two companies yesterday. The first was Scott hale who properly diagnosed that my furnace was too dangerous to operate. They gave me a quote for a new system which was a joke. I think their new furnace had a 3 year warranty. Are you joking me? 2 year on parts. Again. Are you joking me. Then he left.
The second company who came also said the furnace was too dangerous to operate. And they shut off the gas line to the furnace. Good move company number 2. What was Scott hale doing leaving a dangerous furnace operatable. Probably just a new guy. First day on the job.
