We like Master's Touch Carpet Care quite a lot, and there is really nothing about them we would change. We have used them so many times, that we even trust them to lock up when we go. We trust them whether we are home or not. We have recommended them many times.

They do very good work. They pretreat spots and they pretty much make sure to get everything out. They also go over heavily-trafficked areas without us having to ask. We especially like the steam cleaning because we believe it leaves the house with fewer germs, and it dries fast.
