Installation and level of expereince was not what was expected

Loop installed the internet and distributed audio system. The installer seemed to be in a hurry is did not complete all so the systems testing and had to be recalled. I also needed to push to be trained on features and that still was not satisfactory.

We are sorry to hear that Mr. Ashworth did not have a good experience. This is the first we have heard and look forward to working with him to get his concerns addressed. We pride ourselves on offering the best customer service in the Valley and are disappointed with ourselves when we do not deliver. His frustrations with us rushing him is reasonable; we unfortunately had to fire a technician the week of his install making it difficult for us to meet commitments. We plan on visiting with him and addressing any open concerns he has.
