The service was good. Arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately it was determined that we did not have a plumbing issue (it was an A/C problem). We did get charged a $75 fee for essentially nothing. But, that's the way business is. Over all, not a big problem with this company. Would probably call them again if needed.
