My garage door would not open more than a few inches.
Called Alamo on 12/23/2011 and they came out that day and replaced my springs and rollers. Very glad they were able to fix it that day since the following day I was headed out of town and my car was stuck inside my garage! They explained everything that needed to be done before they started and got the door fixed in very little time. I would recommend them!
