My door is 45 years old. It had damaged/worn rollers that caused cable to come off. Alamo gave me a time window of 10:00AM to 12:PM. They were here at 10:30AM. The work was completed in about 45 Minutes. New rollers were installed cable reinstalled and track adjusted. It has not worked this good in years. I would recommend to friends and neighbors.
