I've been using Alamo Door & Awning for at least five years, and I continue to call them because they are really good. Depending on the technician who shows up, they all seem to know what to look for, how to fix the problem and give you proper maintenance recommendations.

Most recently I called because my garage door was stuck and wouldn't go all the way up. The technician who came was unbelievably spectacular. He was helpful beyond belief. He really educated me on how to watch the door for its problems. He was patient, friendly, funny and fun!
