The installer from Alamo Door & Awning couldn't make it when we wanted, which was fine. My problem was concerning a door that was sticking side to side as it closed. The worker explained that it was not the springs, but the front of the door was rubbing against the frame and it needed to be waxed. He sold me a kit where I could do it myself. I did it and it still catches a little bit as the door descends but it's better than it was before.
