We had 13 Oriental rugs to clean, and we used Koshgarian Rug Cleaners, Inc. to do this for us. They also cleaned some upholstery for us. They picked the rugs up from us, and everything went according to our expectations. We are glad that we used them. They seemed to be vested in making sure that we were happy with their work, but they went beyond that. It was a lot of little things they did that made the experience so positive. For example, when they brought the rugs back, and they moved the bed to put the rug back down, they waited for me to go ahead and dust behind the bed while it was pulled back.
