Actually, I'm more than very satisfied. The two young men who came to our house were extremely efficient and pleasant. They cleaned a wool rug and did an incredible job on the ceramic floor in the kitchen. we've always had a positive experience whether cleaning upholstered furniture, rugs or flooring. And I go out of my way to recommend to my friends.
