I have used Koshgarian Rug Cleaners, Inc. several times over the years, in fact, last August they were out and cleaned the carpeting in the entire house. They did a nice job and my carpets looked very good. They were out this time to do one carpet that my pet had soiled and left a couple of spots. The carpet looked great when they finished but about a week later the stains returned. They offered to get someone out right away to take care of that. The young man who came back was very polite and very kind. He worked very hard to get those spots clean. I am sure that those spots return as a result of the padding underneath and not much can be done when that happens. The carpet as a whole looks better and I am happy with it. I will be using them again in the future.
