Chris and Craig were able to come and video inspect my sewer lateral the same day I called. They came right when they said they would. Very knowledgeable and professional. Went above and beyond providing me guidance and insight, contacting AWWU on my behalf, giving me a cleanout plug, keeping their work in my house clean... and above all, the video file on the thumbdrive they gave me was corrupted so they came back out and did the video inspection all over again.
