My furnace died during the coldest days of the winter thus far, and the Jameson staff was there to answer my emergency call, dispatch diagnosticians within hours and ultimately install a new furnace for us within 2 days! Everyone that provided the services were professional, courteous and genuine. I have pretty high expectations for customer service and compared to many other companies I have dealt with, Jameson is definitely at the top!!!!
