JRP came to our home in the 1 hour window they gave us after we couldn't figure out why we had an error on the thermostat. Come to find out that our new puppy chewed the wires in the A/C unit. Plus it was the first 102 degree day of May and I just had surgery.
They came to the Rescue!!!!
