Our heat pump failed. An initial review showed an easy fix. The installer stayed a while to see if the fix worked but the easy fix failed. Much investigation showed some more major problems and we had the unit replaced. We've 2 had problems since which ended with the whole outside unit being replaced again because it was seen as faulty. When the unit was first replaced a maintenance agreement was included so we haven't had to paid additional fees. Rob has been an excellent service provider, extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to making the customer happy and the company seems to have a lot of integrity, dedicated to doing the right thing. I would definitely recommend them.
