I brought the car in to St Cloud Collision for an estimate. I turned in the claim and brought it in. They helped me get a rental car, which was really nice.

We did have one little glitch with the claim. There was a mix up with the insurance and the collision center, so that when it came time for me to pick up the car they hadn't been able to start on it yet. I had to take additional days on my rental car. It was a little bit of a mixed communication, but it worked out in the end, so it didn't really matter.

Both Mike and Curt are really nice, easy to get along with, and have good communication. The car turned out beautifully, which is the main thing. It was great service. They were thorough and professional. The shop is personable, and I enjoyed working with them. I would do it again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
