When you don't expect things to be going your way, these guys make it simple, quick, and easy.
I had an accident in April; I was rear-ended. I took my car to Bay Cities Auto Body because they are near by. They got me in and repaired my car. They returned my car in great condition. The price was reasonable, though the insurance paid for it, not me.
In July, I was rear-ended again. I returned to Bay Cities Auto Body and, once again, they did a fantastic job for me. Throughout the process, they worked with me to get things done through the insurance.
In general, I found that they were very willing to help me. They were not only helpful, but they did great work on my car. Dan and Robert were just phenomenal. It was a great experience.
