Benjamin Franklin Plumbing installed a new commode and I really like the quality, and their great customer service. They are awesome! I really liked my plumber Kyle's great customer service, and that he was on time and knew what he was doing. I thought the price was good and competitive, too. I needed to call them back for an adjustment and they came back on a Saturday--and didn't charge an emergency fee for that. They then came back on Monday to make another adjustment; they had Kyle here on Monday, and he was happy to be of service.
