My Pipe Wrench experience was excellent. From the cheerful receptionist to the master plumber John who did a great job the company presentation was the best.
However, it comes at a steep price. The cost for 2.5 hours of labor and $70 in parts was over $600. I would only enjoy such excellent service again if I was desperate and willing to pay the price.
