Everything was exactly excellent with KM Builders. They did exactly what I wanted. It was a fairly extensive remodel, with new windows, doors, insulation, and floors, and there were a few anomalies along the way. Aside from that, I've been monitoring the bill last month because I had no foot traffic out of the normal and it decreased by $40. I'm looking forward to the bill I'll get for August in the coming weeks.
