Bay Cities was great. I have a duplex and both heaters needed attention. It was a little rocky at first. When they called to check on my satisfaction I explained. Caesar and his staff really cared about making it right. And, they did! Excellent service and communication. Silvestre, one of their technicians, was also great and pleasant to have around.
