We were very frustrated that the previous technicians (we are on service contract) ignored the outside compressor and allowed probably years of leaves to build up around and inside the units, causing the circuit breaker to trip. Today Bay Cities sent out Keith T who immediately saw the situation and completely cleaned it up so the 2 units were purring. Not only did he do such a good job but took the time to sit with me and help me create a plan to minimize the issue for the future. So bravo to Keith T and Bay Cities or Reliance for good hiring!
