Overall I had a good experience with Cort. I had gotten several estimates to fix small dents and dings on my 2005 Honda Odyssey. Because I didn't want to go through insurance, I found the prices too high. I did however have them tighten the passenger side door from a previous repair made by a different autobody years ago. It was not as flush as I had hoped, but it keeps the water out when it rains.

I did have an annoying experience in the waiting area when I dropped off the car and was waiting for the rental car pickup service. My 5 year son was quietly sitting next to me playing his nintendo. While you could hear the sound of the game, it was not overly loud or disturbing. After a couple of minutes, a young woman appeared from the door near the coffee machine and rudely asked that he turn it off because she had to make some calls. I was surprised by this because I could hear loud hammering and work being done and the noise we were emitting was barely heard over that noise. After I turned the volume off, I never heard her through the wall make any calls. Overall that experience turned me off.
