We have used Carlton Homes for remodeling. They did a family room, bedroom, the roof, redid a closet, and gave us a patio. It was a big remodel. We did have a problem with the patio. We have a defective backyard, it has a sink hole, so the patio cracked. We called Carlton Homes, they redid it, and split the cost with us.

The second time we used them was after we bought another home. In this home they added a room into the garage and did a patio in the backyard. Everything is fine, and this patio is great. Carlton Homes is very fair.

Ken came up with great ideas for me in the first job they did for the us. He came up with doing a walk-in closet, which I hadn't thought of, and even drew it up for me. He also let me know when we couldn't implement my ideas structurally. The second house project was easy.
