This has been a wonderful experience. The customer care and the website keeping us posted was unbelievable. Not once did we have to call and see where progress was. With the weekly updates, we always knew what we were looking at. And when we picked up the care, it was beautiful. Thanks so much Robin, to you and your staff for all the professionalism in the world. I've been in customer service my entire life and have never seen it this wonderful. I will definately recommend ya'll in the future to all.
