Initial installation went well except for 2 issues:
The old air handler had to taken apart to removed from the attic. It was left blocking access to the attice and took several weeks before they returned to remove and they left a mess. The other issue was not properly sealing the air handler and duct work with mastic (orginal installation and proper installation to elimate leakage), instead used tape and zip ties, which will degrade and fail in the near term.
