Technicians discovered wire insulation broke down and exposed the actual wire. There was an arc from the wire to a coolant line containing Freon. All the Freon leaked out after the arc created a hole in the coolant tubing. The technician repaired the coolant line, installed a new in-line filter dryer, evacuated the system, and re-filled the system to proper level coolant. The system has worked perfectly since repaired.
