I have already referred at least 5 to 10 people to Naturell Carpet Cleaning. I have been using them for 16 years because of Jeff. He is prompt, works hard, and goes above and beyond. He also is responsive, respectful, and trustworthy.

The carpet cleaning that have done for me has been perfect. I rate them 3 for Price for Value only because I do not have anything to compare it to because I have not used another company in so long. Also, their price did go up recently.

I have always been more than satisfied with their service and would never think to call anyone else.
