I have really been satisfied with the quality and care received at Educational Playcare. I feel the entire experience over all is well above average and I would certainly recommend them to anyone in need of a good child-care facility. I understand that it can be difficult to always stay on top of everything every single time. But they really have always done such a great job and they have always welcomed any questions or concerns I have ever had. In fact, there have been times when I felt that the communication was inconsistent and that it was not up to the standards I expected. However, the moment I mention any issue to a director, it gets handled and resolved right away. Their response time is really great and it makes me feel like they listen to my concerns. They make it a point to make sure I never feel like I am bothering them. They genuinely hear me and then they respond. I feel valued and respected every time. Over all, Educational Playcare does a great job and I am very satisfied with the child-care received there!
