Worried that my hot water heater could rust out and have water all over our floors. Came out, took a picture (from his IPhone) showing the pin holes, water dripping and rust on bottom of water heater....immediately did not want to wait for the worse. This heater was going on 12 years. Shawn was very professional, very polite. Was able to take to get a new heater that same day. He went back to office, picked up a new hot water heater. He also noted It didn't have a drain in the floor going outside, the old pipes were wrong or worn out, that wasn't up to current codes. He got right in that same day and get it all done. NOW I have peace of mind. Thank you for saving us from any future grief. :-)
