Rather than rip into the entire AC unit to find a leak with the refrigerant, an alternate solution fixed the "no heat" problem. The tech was on time, knew what he was doing, and whoever does the scheduling was very accomodating.
I figure any business that's as old as I am has staying power - hard to remain in business very long if your reputation is based on shoddy work...
