We had our A/C & heat system replaced by Scottsdale Air a couple of years ago. The installers were very professional and just all around nice guys. I just recently had them come out because the A/C wasn't working properly. The technician quickly located the issue of a blocked pipe, cleared it out & it was good to go. Every interaction that I have had with their employees has been great. I have had such negative experiences with other A/C companies that I never called the same people out twice. I will never call another A/C company as long as they are around and do not change their level of service.
