No Call, No Show

Saw our gas bill higher than last year after new equipment. Called to request a tech come out and inspect furnace to make sure everything was running ok. Scheduled for Friday 15 Jan 2016. No call, no show.

He's right! We dropped the ball on this one, I'm sorry to say. Fortunately he called our attention to the problem with his review and we were able to send our service manager to address his problem. We found several environmental issues and settings that could easily be changed and he should be seeing better fuel efficiency with his system.
