Poor Misrepresented to high price gouging

Was told it would be $119 dollars and most of that would go toward repair. I was charged $304 and it took the repairman 20 min from the time he walked in the door. The part lists for $24.99 for the Trane part The repairman put in an after market part. Then I couldn't get the Service manager to call me back.

We apologize for the miscommunication. This was an after-hours call, our standard rate for an after-hours call is $119 for the visit, and that fee is applied to any repairs that are needed. We discovered a faulty part which was replaced and charged the flat rate for that kind of repair, we do not charge by the hour. The repair was only made after you approved the price, since we only proceed with customer approval.
